James Patrick Keenan

Fractional Security Director & Protective Services Advisor

A highly respected industry leader with 35 years of law enforcement and security experience.

James Patrick Keenan founded JKeenan Security LLC to give executives, organizations, and high-profile individuals access to senior security leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. He serves as a single, trusted point of contact: monitoring threats, building security posture, coordinating protective services nationwide, and standing ready when a crisis demands senior leadership.

His approach is simple: listen carefully, be transparent, and recommend only what your actual exposure calls for. You know you're in good hands when your guide is someone who has done the work themselves.
